Refund Policy

No Refunds

All subscription payments to SakuDesk are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, account termination, downgrade, or unused subscription periods.

By subscribing to SakuDesk Pro, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your SakuDesk Pro subscription at any time through the Billing settings page or via the Paddle customer portal.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all Pro features until then.

After the billing period ends, your workspace will automatically revert to the Free plan with the standard usage limits.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Downgrading to Free Plan

If you cancel your Pro subscription, your workspace will continue to have Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Upon downgrade to the Free plan, usage limits will apply immediately. If you exceed the Free plan limits, you will not be able to create new records of that type until you delete existing ones or resubscribe to Pro.

No refund or credit will be provided when downgrading from Pro to Free.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@sakudesk.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable subscription payment may result in immediate account suspension until the chargeback is resolved.
